Follow security protocols and travel quietly

It is very important that you inform yourself by the appropriate channels and that you can get real, truthful information.

Pay close attention to the steps you need to take:

If you're sick, have a fever, cough or other symptoms related to COVID-19, it's best to stay home and travel when you no longer have any of those symptoms.

If you are a person with risk factors or you live with a person who has them, such as: diabetic, cardiopath, hypertensive, elderly person, lung conditions, among others, it is better that you stay at home or consult with a specialist to have medical authorization and be able to travel quietly.

The use of a face mask is mandatory and must cover both the nose and the mouth. Health authorities recommend not to use masks with valves and the use of the masks should be complementary to the use of other protective measures. It should not be the only option.

The places you visit must comply with the following guidelines:

  • Ensure availability of soap
  • Water
  • Towels
  • Alcohol (not less than 70%)
  • Use of authorized cleaning products
  • Labeling of sneezing, coughing and greeting protocols
  • Cleanliness in areas where people live
  • Periodicity of cleaning and check-ups

Some of our recommendations if you are traveling are:

  • Frequent hand-washing, mainly after going to the bathroom, after coughing or sneezing, after blowing your nose and before eating.
  • Always maintain physical distancing of 1.8 meters (6 feet) with people who do not belong to your social bubble.
